01 / Operations

Machining operations
we handle.

From rough stock to finished, inspected part — the shop covers the entire workflow under one roof, in tolerances that hold across production batches.

OP / 01

Turning.

Cylindrical and contoured turning on manual lathes — shafts, pins, bushes, and other rotational parts.

  • Manual lathes, various sizes
  • OD/ID turning, facing, knurling
  • Threading & taper work
OP / 02

Milling.

Manual and VMC milling for flat faces, slots, pockets and complex 3-axis geometry.

  • Manual milling machines
  • Jyoti RX20 VMC
  • Profile, slot & pocket milling
OP / 03

Grinding.

Centerless, cylindrical, surface and tool grinding — tight tolerances and fine surface finishes.

  • Centerless & cylindrical
  • Dry & hydraulic surface
  • Tool cutter grinding
OP / 04

CNC Wire-cut.

Profile cutting for tooling, dies and gauges — precise, repeatable, and capable of intricate forms.

  • CNC wire-cut machine
  • Intricate profile cuts
  • Tooling & gauge work
OP / 05

Shaping.

Straight-edge shaping for keyways, slots and flat surfaces — conventional but precise.

  • Shaping machine
  • Keyways & slots
  • Flat-face work
OP / 06

Honing.

Precision bore honing — abrasive stoning for the tightest tolerances and finest surface finish on cylindrical work.

  • Cylindrical bore honing
  • Fine surface finish
  • Tight-tolerance work
02 / Advanced — CNC & VMC

The advanced
machining floor.

Where conventional machining ends, the CNC and VMC programs take over — for production volume, complex geometry and the repeatable precision modern industrial customers expect.

03 / Grinding & Finishing

Grinding shop.

For tolerances and surface finishes the conventional shop alone cannot deliver. Five distinct grinding setups, each tuned to a particular geometry or finish requirement.

01
Centerless Grinders
Continuous OD grinding for shafts, dowel pins and cylindrical stock at tight tolerances.
CYL · OD
02
Cylindrical Grinders
Between-centres grinding for stepped shafts, precision pins and parts requiring concentricity.
CYL · OD/ID
03
Dry Surface Grinders
Flat-face grinding without coolant — ideal for tooling, plates and fixture components.
FLAT
04
Hydraulic Surface Grinders
Hydraulically-driven surface grinding for consistent finish across longer flat surfaces.
FLAT · HYD
05
Tool Cutter Grinder
Sharpening and profile grinding of cutting tools used across the machine shop.
TOOL
04 / Conventional Shop

Conventional &
manual machines.

The backbone of the shop floor — manual machines paired with operator experience. Versatile, repairable, and capable of work that often beats more automated setups for small batches.

M / 01

Lathe Machines

Various sizes — for turning, facing, threading and contouring of cylindrical stock.

M / 02

Milling Machines

Vertical and horizontal milling for flat faces, slots, pockets and keyways.

M / 03

Shaping Machine

Reciprocating linear cutting for slots, keyways and flat-edge work.

M / 04

Honing Machine

Precision bore honing — abrasive finishing for tight tolerances and fine surface accuracy on cylindrical work.

05 / Output catalogue

06 / Workflow

How a job
moves through
the shop.

A typical job-work cycle from drawing receipt to delivery. Every stage is recorded against the customer’s spec sheet.

01

Drawing & quote

You send the drawing, material spec, tolerances and quantity. We review feasibility and turn around a quote.

02

Material & planning

Stock procured, cut to size, and routed across the appropriate operations — turning, milling, CNC, grinding.

03

Machining

Components manufactured strictly to drawing on the selected machines, with first-piece sign-off before batch run.

04

Finish & inspect

Grinding, finishing and dimensional inspection. Components verified against the original drawing before dispatch.

05

Dispatch

Packed and delivered to your facility — on the committed date.

07 / Work envelopes

Maximum part
sizes per process.

The working capacity of each machine on the floor. Larger or non-standard sizes — ask, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits.
